Should have had an account number from previous order. The battery charger that was sent with the camera that I had ordered was an off brand charger. I felt this information should have been listed when purchasing. The charger has worked fine during the week that I have used the camera.

The item was defective. Though its physical appearance was great, not all the features worked. KEH went out of their way to resolve the possible causes and in the end simply sent me a prepaid FedEx label. Excellent and quick service.

Great service! But item sent was not exactly what I ordered.
This is a Nikon film camera from about the mid-90's. It was the top-line camera at the time which was used by professional photojournalists and sports shooters. Pretty much all copies remaining are well beat up on the outside. That's what I was expecting from the description, and it was priced accordingly, yet it's not as worn as I expected. The camera arrived on time and undamaged, and it appears to work like new. I've processed one roll of 36.

First, believe it when something is rated "excellent+" on KEH. The Nikon D7100 I ordered arrived looking essentially brand new. After a week of putting it through its paces, I can report that it's fully functional, and I have bought myself a sweet, sweet camera. In short, very pleased with the purchase. Also happy to discover, once charged up and running, that the number of shutter snaps was only 5,568. Plenty of life left, which may have been a factor in the KEH rating. Still, as I noted in my initial review, there should be a way to post individual cameras for sale along with the number of shutter snaps on each so new buyers know this before making a choice. I bought it anyway, having been assured I could return it, no questions, within 14 days. Of course, that's a hassle. But, no worries. And now I have a level of trust with KEH. As noted previously, the site is otherwise well-organized, & customer service (phone call) is professional and friendly. Two thumbs up, and five stars!
I've been purchasing quality used camera gear from KEH for almost 20 years. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the equipment I recently purchased is because I have not actually used them on a job yet to make sure they work. I'm not really too worried because KEH does a good job.
