Zoom on camera doesn't work. Bummer!
Your checking out process is bulky and confusing to me. Maybe because I am a senior citizen, but I think it could be arranged more simply. As an example, editing one's address is not easy.

I have placed three orders with KEH in the last month. I appreciate how conservative the KEH grading system is. I bought three lenses all rated BGN and I was impressed by how good the condition is with each lens. I also bought a Hasselblad body that failed after shooting a few rolls of film. KEH replaced the body immediately with very little inconvenience. I know if I had purchased the camera on eBay and had a problem I would likely be out of luck. I know I may be paying a little more at KEH, but the value is there with their warranty, grading system, customer service, and ultimately, my piece of mind.

I has a wonderful experience with KEH. I was able to browser different cameras on the website and chose the camera that I wanted. The ordering process was simple. I received my camera within 2 days. This really was a very easy process. Thank you KEH for being very efficient.
My only problem was with the delivery service you chose. In fact, they did not deliver the item. Despite several phone calls and assurances, I had to drive across town to pick it up.

I ordered a used point and shoot camera. It was as-is, but I thought that meant it did not come with any accessories but that it at least worked. When it showed up it was broken. I called customer service to see about returning it or exchanging it for something else, and I was told I could not return it. The customer service rep was very unprofessional, and kept loudly yawning into the phone. All I wanted to do was send it back and get something different. I've been a customer of KEH for years. I will not be purchasing from them again. Congratulations, you've lost a long time customer over a few dollars.

Love the lens. Fantastic deal. I called KEH after I ordered it to make sure it could fit on a full-frame lens. She confirmed that it can, which was a huge relief, because I just got the full frame Pentax. Excellent customer service as always. I will continue to use KEH.
