This is the third time that I have purchased pre-owned gear and I so happy with them. The care they take in packaging my orders does not frees me out when it being shipped. The grading scale is true to word and my gear works wonders.

The order was delayed for an unknown reason. I had to call KEH and speak to Customer Service to send the order again. Customer Service rep stated that I would receive a credit for shipping delay.

It took a bit to find exactly what we were looking for but thankfully you had the product.

Item arrived in a prompt manner and was in good condition.

I am out of town and had the lens sent to this address. I haven't unwrapped it yet because my camera is at home in Florida and you did such a great job with the wrapping that I decided that it was best to leave it like that for travel. I will be home next Wednesday and will try it out then. I am confident it will work beautifully as did the camera I purchased from you a couple of months ago.

I am very happy with the order. The camera and lens are in great condition and as advertised. The only minor issue was the delay with custom. I paid the extra fee to get the item expedited, but due to missing paperwork, the items were delayed by 4 days.
