I have been buying and selling for just over a year now and have never had any issues. They are quick to respond, if asked by email, and in store they are amazing in helping you decide which camera or lens would be best depending on your style of photography

I was in the market for a wide angle 4x5 lens. I looked to KEH because I find the rating system to be the most reliable available. You can always find a cheaper option for used equipment but the condition of the item is a real gamble. KEH gives me the certainty I need when spending money on used expensive items. Again it did not disappoint as the lens came and matched the condition rating. I took the lens out to the field over the weekend and fired off a couple of shots and it performed perfectly. I am happy with the purchase and happy with the KEH experience.
