Ease of ordering was outstanding. Everything was received as promised. All items pack supremely safe and secure. The big item was a large lens rated 'like new minus'. I was stunned at how perfect this lens was. I had recently rented one and the company wanted $300 more if I wanted to buy it and the difference in condition was not even close. KEH was by far the better choice. You can't go wrong choosing KEH.

I had no problem picking up my package at Fedex. When I opened my package it did indeed look like new. The battery that came with the camera was fully charged. At this point and time I have no complaints.
When I look at the grading system and compare it to what I've purchased, I'm never disappointed. I always get exactly what I expect.
Delivery was on time but package was crushed on certain sides. Suggest using sturdier card boad box material.
The package arrived in two days. The camera and lens both seem like new to my examination. No defects discernable. The zoom and focus rings on the lens are both smooth. I've taken the camera out on a couple of nature hikes already, and taken about 400 test photos. I am very, very pleased with the camera and lens combo I purchased from KEH. I've shot some photos against a plain blue sky and there is no evidence of even a speck of dust on the sensor. I really love the reach of the lens!
