"Like-new" camera came exactly as described. Great condition. Love the ability to pay it off over time. So happy with my purchase, can't wait to come back for the next upgrade!

Everything shipped super fast and was well packaged. Items were as described if not in better condition, and I'm really pleased with my order. I will definitely be back again!

User's manual (that came with the camera) was severely mangled due to size of shipping box being too small. The item (rated Ex) was crammed into the box, resulting in folds/creases. It required my time and effort to make it presentable/usable.

I have been buying cameras and camera equipment from KEH for years. When the ratings say the items are excellent or excellent+, they truly are! The purchase always arrives sooner than expected and they allow you plenty of time to test your gear. They also offer payment plans if you can't afford to buy your items up front. Overall, a great company. You will surely find everything you're looking for at KEH!

My only hangup is I wish they made it clear that certain things needed certain adapters, bit otherwise the shipping and customer service is amazing.

I've been checking out KEH for years and also had recieved there catalogs by mail. I was always hesitant ordering used with out seeing the item first. I ordered the Sigma 120-300 f2.8 lens. I recieved it as quoted. When I recieved my new lens it was really amazed by how much better the grading was. I am very pleased with my new lens and will be shopping KEH again

I know with KEH I am getting a product that has been inspected and I find their ratings of the condition of the items I've purchased to be accurate. What I liked most is that I left it in my cart for a week, contemplating my purchase and I didn't get flooded with emails wanting me to finish my purchase.

This is the third time I have ordered gear from KEH and I'm always so thrilled with the results! This time it was an order of 2 lens and the condition of them were immaculate. Will continue ordered through them.
