I've been happy with my Nikon 500 mm F/4 FL ED AF-S VR AF lens. It didn't quite reach out as good as I had hoped it would on eagles on the other side of the lake. So I ordered a Nikon TC-20E III (AF-I-S) teleconverter. Even though I had seen higher reviews for the 1.4 version I chose the 20E. Using the 20E with the same 500 mm lens it hunts and searches and as of yet has not focused on an item at the same distance. Not sure I am any better off with the new teleconverter than I was with my old manual Nikon TC-201. But I have to leave for a business trip that will last over 30 days.

It's the second time that I ordered a Lens clearly stated as collectible version but received regular/late version. I called customer service and suggested that they need to be more careful about verifying the collectible/rare version. Because waiting for it to arrive and then return the wrong goods is disappointing and time wasting. However the customer service people merely helped only asking me to call in to verify the goods. That's not what a professional dealer should behave.

You had what I was after. But it's silly using FedEx to send something as tiny as a remote control. The fees cost about 10 times the cost of the product. I cannot and will not understand why plain old US Mail won't do with such small and lightweight object. Plus, FedEx don't have any pick-up points in the city, thus you have to waste a day waiting for them to show up. At least DHL has (several) pick-up points in the city where you can get your package at your leisure (as you can with regular post packages).
Otherwise I have no qualms about the store. The site is good, shopping is easy and quick, and the choices are good. I'm certain professionals will find KEH excellent.
