Ordered a battery grip for Fuji XH-1 and two matching batteries. As has been my experience with KEH, the products -- which I think were rated Excellent -- looked and operate like new. The grip is cosmetically perfect and works great and the batteries take and hold a full charge. I did have one issue with the ordering process, receiving a confusing email after I had placed the order. I called customer service and the rep was great working through the matter and checking to make sure my order had been placed correctly. I own a lot of Fuji and Nikon equipment and am a bit of a gear head. The first place I look when I look to buy something is KEH. Only a chump buys new camera equipment when KEH is committed to fair grading and fair used prices.
The SCA 3402 arrived mere hours after receiving a reply from KEH in response to my customer service inquiry. I realize that the virus has all businesses operating in minimal mode. But KEH has been slower than others during this pandemic. It took five days for this small part to get from Smyrna to Newnan, a distance of about 50 miles. It came FedEX and had to be signed for, and I'll never figure that one out!
Found what i needed within 3 minutes. Price was too good to pass.
