I learned the hard way to make sure I enter ALL the detailed information when ordering. I had forgotten to make sure my lenses had VR capabilities, so I ended up ordering the wrong lenses. I was so pleased that I could easily return my purchase and order the correct lens. I've used KEH a few times now and I'm so pleased with their service.
Although I was sent an incorrect lens initially, Jena went the extra mile to locate the correct lens and ship it to me ASAP.
