Overall very pleased with item purchased; I bought a "used" item that had been rated as "bn"; it has a 180-day warranty which is comforting to know in case it starts acting up for no reason; so far it has function to perfection; it does have some wear on it(scatched lcd screen); that wasn't noted on listing offered, but for the price it was more than fair, just good to know, came with charger and battery; no original box nor instructions(lots of websites including manufacturer still offering download of manuals). Overall, I do recommend and would buy items from vendor in the future; just make note if you have questions before purchasing items, they will respond with further information if you ask for it, I didn't but that's ok, because if I wouldn't have been pleased with purchase, I would have asked for a refund or for a higher quality rating of same product, but I know used products have wear on them so I was willing to accept for the price the item sent. My order arrived very quickly. The camera strap was advertised as "like new (LN) and indeed it looked like it had never been used.

Prompt shipping. Reliable tracking. Perfectly sufficient packaging. Haven't finished any roll of film yet to be able to speak to the accuracy of the condition description but I am hopeful and trusting the SLR's were properly tested and cleaned. Purchased a Pentax ME Super in "excellent" condition. Appeared to be so. Purchased a Sears KSX Super in "bargain" condition, but looked pretty good to me.

This fast ef Sigma ex dc hsm is perfect for my Canon camera, as it provides unparalleled closeup views of subjects in my photography world. The photos that I take with it have been unmatched by other lens I have. I am very happy with this lens purchase.

I ordered this on Friday and it arrived during the weekend. I was genuinely surprised when I got home from vacation on Sunday and saw it there. Its in great condition and with no flaws except some outer scratches and whatnot, but the body I originally had had far worse damage so I'm taking it as a win for a great price.

Battery was a dud, possibly reconditioned without being labelled as such? It came without Canon OEM packaging, just in bubble wrap. Charges to three bars then flashes as fault, and unable to calibrate. Waste of money.

KEH offers great quality cameras and lenses for affordable prices. They let you know what's available and what condition the equipment is in before you buy and ship quickly. I have not had to use any of the warranties, and I have enjoyed both of my purchases right off the bat, but if you change your mind about a purchase you are able to return it within 21 days for a full credit or refund.

Bought a used Pentax lens. It came exactly as described... 'Excellent' condition meant just that. It arrived perfectly packaged in bubble wrap and foam... very impressed by that. You know, I've bought thousands of dollars worth of gear from Keh over the last twenty years. Never had a problem. Never felt quality was poorly represented. You can buy from this place without worries!

So far I have had a positive experiences with KEH. Just bought some filters and they were delivered in just a few days. Also bought a lens which turns out was not compatible with my camera and KEH accepted the return without a hitch. Very good service!

I ordered a Nikon 70-200mm F/4 zoom lens for my D850. The first thing you will want to know with this company is that they are not in any hurry. If you are accustom to next day Amazon experience you should walk away. I wasted 6 weeks of my photography life trying to get a deal. My mistake I ended up purchasing new once this ordeal was over. The lens was sent quickly enough five days UPS ground. I received the lens and immediately took some photos to check for sharpness. It was obvious they had not checked this lens, it was soft, ridiculously soft and should have been put in the garbage or sent for repair. I sent the lens back and this is where I became frustrated. They were not in any hurry to 'test' their own lens and send my money back. I waited over seven weeks to get a refund. I was in contact with Nathaniel Henley and he seemed annoyed with my persistent emails, I definitely felt like I was bothering him. So just to be clear I sent them almost $900.00 they sent me a defective lens and when I asked for a refund they dragged their feet. The date was 7/30/2020 My invoice number is ******* and I was losing my mind. This has bugged me forever and finally leaving a review. I cannot recommend this company. I cannot believe they review their products like they proclaim and they do not care if your waiting and waiting for resolution. Don't do it - just buy new.

I am relatively "new" to photography (haven't used a "real" camera system in 15 years). So, when I decided to get back into photography, I brought a used Nikon D5100 locally in Bermuda. It came with the 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 kit lens, which we all know are never really "great".
Therefore, I decided to purchase a few lenses that I wanted to round out my glass - I didn't want to break the bank, and, based on NUMEROUS reviews by professional photographers/ YouTubers, I looked into KEH Camera. And I am very happy that I did!
I purchased a Nikkor 18mm f/1.8 and a 55-200mm f/3.5-5.6 used, but in EXCELLENT condition, and for EXTREMELY GREAT prices! The shipping was fast, the items were packaged very well and I am very pleased with the images I've been capturing with my purchases!
If you're on the fence about making a "second-hand" purchase from KEH, DON'T BE! Make the purchase, save some cash and get the glass YOU WANT for your photography!

KEH has been my source for used equipment for years and I will continue to rely on them. They check out and rate the equipment and I've always found that rating system accurate. They also back up what they sell. I've only had to take advantage of that once and it was a smooth process.

I loved my lens so much, I ordered another one I wanted a few days later! Excellent quality and really fast shipping.

I ordered a Bronica Lens 1:2.8 50mm on Saturday May 28 and received it in Belgium on Tuesday June 7 in perfect condition.
