I purchased a used zoom lens for my new-to-me Sony camera and it's perfect! It was in a plastic bag, double wrapped in bubbles, and buried snuggly in a box of packing peanuts. It fit, works, and is in excellent condition at a price I can afford. What more could you ask for?!

I hate reading reviews where the writer indicates five stars but have not used the product. For that reason alone I am giving four stars keeping in mind this is only my initial review as I have not had an opportunity to actually use this lens. Hopefully there will be an option to follow up after I put it through its paces and add a star. Buying process was straightforward, lenses received in as described condition although shipper crushed one corner of the box, lenses were well packed and protected. All accessories listed in the product description were included. High confidence in the KEH grading system as these lenses looked new cosmetically. Basic functionality of lenses is as they should be. Again, I still have yet to put through their paces however I have a good feeling I will not be disappointed. First time dealing with KEH but anticipate looking to them for future needs.

Arrived in "As-is" condition as advertised. Worked after battery compartment clean-up. Happy with purchase. KEH has always been upfront with products.

I didn't get exactly what I thought I would, but the camera is functional. Each time I use the camera I have to reset the date and time. I've replaced the battery that operates these functions, but it still doesn't retain the date and time. Everything else seems to work okay. Also, I had to buy a memory card. I take the blame for this as I may have missed in the description that the card wasn't included.

KEH listed a SONY A7 IV on their site that they didn't have. I had already paid for it and wanted to know when it would ship. I called to speak to someone and nobody answered, so I left a message. I was called back and told that they didn't have the product and that they had emailed me that morning with the same information. I checked my email, including my spam folder. NOTHING. No email about the lack of inventory or cancelling the order or anything. I won't be purchasing from them again. If you can't keep your inventory or your story straight, I certainly can't trust you with my money.

As I have come to expect, Keh's lens selections, sales and delivery times are spot on. I'll definitely be back.

Got it on time when it says it would arrive and the lens I purchased was well packed and in great condition. I have not have the change to fully use the lens yet but the little I have used it I'm well pleased.
