I ordered both a camera body and lens. Both arrived exactly as rated and work beautifully. The shipping was very quick and everything arrived very well packaged to ensure that nothing would be damaged. The care that KEH takes in everything they do is obvious. I will continue to use them as my go-to for camera gear.

The Nikkor 24-120mm lens arrived extremely well packaged! The lens both in appearance and functionality are better than expected and exceed the qualifiers of the KEH rating! Buying used lens from KEH is a better shopping experience than eBay, especially when eBay merchants do not accurately rate their photography equipment nor in many cases, do not accept returns. While some may like the auction experience, I just want accurately rated photography equipment at a practical price point with a guarantee!

I was looking for a photographer to take maternity pictures for me and my wife and they were way too expensive. Luckily we had a good camera that took a little bit of learning and with some extra gear from KEH I was able to take good quality pictures myself and save almost 80% more money that paying a photographer

Excellent, I started buying lens's and cameras from KEH shortly after they started, all the equipment was as described and excellent quality.

There was a delay in the delivery didn't get there the scheduled day, but the product is as expected

Had couple of orders with them, the last one has been a complete disaster. Good products and prices, but the customer service is a disaster to work with. Shipping, returning and refund process takes forever if you're in need of the equipment in a timely manner. Do not trust the expedited shipping option: chances are that they'll mess up your order. I guess if everything works well it's fine, but don't count on the remote customer services (or just go to the physical shop if you're around).

I was looking for a 55- 300 lens to add to my go-bag. I tried all of the usual places but was not excited about buying an older lens without some sort of a guarantee. I found what I wanted for a fair price and KEH shipped it out right away. The lens is in great condition and was packaged really well. I had no concerns about whether the lens could have been damaged during shipping.
