The lens condition was as described, and it arrived before the estimate, and I received a timely notice of it's arrival, helping me thwart the porch pirates which are rampant in my neighborhood. The packaging was excellent, and had protected the lens thoroughly. The price was also very fair for the lens I purchased. Overall the experience was very good..

I received my lens a day early, it sat outside overnight because it was delivered around 8PM, but I had it in my hands at 5AM the next morning. KEH triple wraps their products in bubble wrap, none of my equipment has arrived broken or damaged. I recently purchased a Sony FE 24-70mm F/2.8; she is a BEAUTY! I bought at the bargain rate and it still looks brand new. I immediately took a photo inside of my room out of pure excitement. I am a single mama starting a photography business so this site has/is helping me grow at a slow and steady pace. In total I have purchased 5 lenses from KEH and I recently bought a Sony a7rIII. I am still paying off with affirm but this camera pays for itself. Check out this newborn shoot I did with my new Sony and my Rokinon 85mm F/1.4 lens I bought back in October. I have purchased twice from KEH now. The shipping is fast and reliable. The products always come packaged with care.

The camera body arrived with one of the little eye-slots, on the side that you attach the strap, bent in. The opening is now too small for the strap to slip thru. I called your office and was told to return it for repair. He sent me a form to put in the box with the camera and a form to attach to the outside of the box. The box is now on the way back to you. I mailed it already so I can't send a photo of damage but I will show you on my camera where the damage is. Proof of purchase is in the box...I can't get this to accept photos...

When I opened my package I found the Gitzmo tripod I purchased in perfect condition! There were 2 big surprises I wasn't expecting, it came with a ball head and a nicer case than the original. Awesome purchase!

I use Kodak E100 film in a film recorder. I print your digital image to color slide film for use in gobo projectors, slide projectors, DIY Viewmaster reels and keychain photo viewers. Search for color slides from digital images and you can learn more. Thanks!
