This is a great company, My photography mentor suggested KEH. This is my second purchase. Last Friday, I incorrectly forwarded the purchase to a FedEx delivery location. With minutes KEH customer service staff contacted FedEx and it was re-routed to FedEx Onsite location at Walgreens. As notable, the lens are perfectly restored. My only recommended - purchase the protection plan with your order. One lens has an electronic motor. I should have purchased the extended warranty.

Got the Leica nocticron for my Panasonic G95. Had 2 days shooting with it, and basically it's pure butter solidified into a glass lens. It's amazing, and Keh did a great job shipping, packing the lens. Thanks, and I'll be back for more Keh!

I placed an order for a Sigma 35 mm on November 10th, and I never received my order because they choose to do business with fedex who is Obviously unable to do their job correctly.

I place my order November 10th, today is November 22 And I never received my order. What kind of service is that?! And what makes things worse, is that they didn't even offer to make it better by asking me for a slight discount or even shipping it express or something After 5 attempts to deliver it to me.

After having clear instructions on the fedex website, somehow they couldn't deliver it to me? Even when the door is close at my apartment complex somehow Amazon delivery drivers and the Post Office deliver my packages.

How can someone who has the code not enter my apartment complex to deliver my package is beyond me. Also, fedex has the worst delivery times ever. They said that my package would be delivered between 9am and 11am, why do I get a message at 4 o'clock saying that nobody tried to pick up my order At 3:40 and that it requires a signature to be left at a drop off location.

Do they expect customer to be there from 9 to whenever they feel like delivering it? TRACKING HORRIBLE. I finally got fed up with this horrible experience from KEH and when I called, they didn't even apologize or anything. Not a single word of kindness, not a single word of customer service.

I called to get my money back, and they didn't even tell me the process of how that was going to work, the time frame or ANYTHING. Just "ok.bye"

F*** KEH. WORST EVER.

I've ordered used gear from all of the big online guys who deal in it, but KEH is the one used photo equipment store that I trust above all others, every time I order I am impressed by the condition of what is sent to me.

Arrived on time in good condition, look forward to shooting with it and finding more lens and cameras at KEH

Easy ordering. I like going to my local camera store but their preowned nikon lens selection tends to sell pretty fast no matter what it is. The one I got from KEH was stated in ex condition and that was accurate. Shipped pretty fast took about a week to arrive. The package was bubble wrapped like it was shipping a dozen eggs. I'm definitely going to keep KEH orders on my radar as I purchase more preowned stuff and expand my lenses.

The entire purchase process went quite smoothly. The grading system plus being able to purchase an extended warranty took all (or most) of the worries out of the purchase. And then the camera arrived far quicker that the estimated shipping. And so well packaged. Very happy with the entire experience.

The lens was better than expected! PERFECT! I wish I would've ordered the hood, but I will order it!

I received my camera in a timely manner. It was packed securely and so far it works perfectly! I will look to order other items from KEH in the future.

Ordered Sony 16-35 F4 ZA. I received the item in better condition that I expected. I would definitely look them up again for my future needs.

Do not use this company. I ordered and paid for a package in April and never received it. I'm still fighting 7 months later. I proved to them FedEx did not deliver the package and they still look with a blind eye. They are also very shady, when you click on their number in google to call them *******534, it changes to a different number on your phone, no matter how many times you call them, it will always be a different number and hard to track. You should try it for yourself. They are shady. Do not order from them.

The lens arrived in excellent order and exactly as described. Beautifully packed and shipped. Always very happy to deal with KEH.

I haven't played around with my EOS-R yet, so this review is more to do with customer service than the product (which I'm confident will be amazing -- it came packaged well and in great condition). When I finished checking out, I realized I didn't input my full address in. I contacted customer support and they were simply wonderful. They were able to find my package and correct the address so that there wouldn't be in hiccups in shipping. This wasn't my first purchase with KEH and it won't be my last either!

Bought a new lens. It was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. Definitely will be buying gear here again.

They quoted me $800 to trade in my gear…. The offer they gave me was $300 and didn't even include the correct camera body in the offer. They put an older camera body (that I've never owned and did not send them) on the offer. I'm not a professional so my gear only came out of its padded bag on special
Occasions… and was all bought brand new and not very old. I switched from Nikon to Canon which was why I was trying to trade in my newer gear. In the offer, they put down the lowest they could on two of my lens… which were both bought less than two years ago and had caps on at all times AND a lens filter to keep out dust. I called and requested my gear be sent back. I'll go with a better company. I'm not sure if they got my gear mixed up with someone else's but at this point I'm not taking a chance and would rather just have my gear back. Be cautious when trading in your gear!
