I got a sigma 17-50mm lens for my canon dslr, and this lens surpases the kit lens that came with my camera, lens is practically new, considering it is a used lens, great job keh.

I purchased a Tokina AT-X 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 fisheye DX AF lens from you. I've updated my underwater camera system to a Canon R10 and Ikelite housing and will use this lens for wide angle close up pictures. I purchased the camera, housing, adapters and other components from Bluewater photo. But they didn't have this lens in stock and recommended I get it from you. I have not received the camera, housing and other components yet, but am looking forward to using them soon.

After our 8 month old puppy latched on to the camera strap of my Sony 6400 and pulled it off the table onto the tile floor breaking it; I immediately went to the KEH website looking for another used 6400, with a few more dollars I found a 6500 Excellent Plus + and ordered it. It appears brand new and works the same...Thank You KEH for your great service! Oh, the puppy is still alive!

Received delivery but have doubt that the lens claimed to be contax cy mount is cy mount. It does not fit in any cy mount adapter. It can not fit in any of my contax cy mount camera. I had a lot of contax cy mount lens, 28, 50, 85, 135mm. The mount is much smaller than the 60mm received from keh. Could you clarify this confusion. I had already emailed keh the day I received the lens but no response from keh.

I purchased a used E+ prime lens and saved over 25%. I'm not an expert, but in every way I've assessed, the lens is like new. KEH courteously and helpfully answered my questions prior to sale, item arrived carefully packaged, and I'm ecstatic with my purchase and already browsing the catalog for more.

Love KEH. My photographer co-worker turned me on to them and I'm blown away by the selection and quality of camera gear. I will definitely be using KEH in the future (actually looking at a NIKKOR z-mount 50-200mm right now. Gotta pinch some pennies)
The only thing I'll say is that I thought the 28mm I ordered came with caps, but it arrived with a generic plastic for the mounting part and no lens cover.

Prompt delivery (in a very busy time of the year). Accurate (if conservative) condition rating. These things haven't changed at all in the 30 years since I became a customer (receiving the old paper catalogs was part of my development as a struggling student falling in love with photography).

I've fallen in love with the process of photography, and after a few years decided to treat myself to a Sony A7IV, coming from a Nikon D3400. I love my new camera body and after a few months of shooting with that, I decided why not spring for a GMaster lens.

I'm not particularly wealthy so spending anywhere from $1k - $2.5k on a lens is a big ask for just a hobby. Still, I found the budget to spring for quality glass.

The next decision was new or used. I could get a brand new lens from Sigma for about the same price as a GMaster used. In almost all other areas of life, I've always opted for brand-new items just to save myself the headache of any unforseen issues.

Here however, I got enough advice from people I trust to try the used market. So I did.

From start to finish, KEH is outstanding. It's intuitive and painless. I placed my order, confirmed my identity, and within the week, my Sony GMaster 24-70mm was at my door awaiting my signature. Those levels of security and verification helped ease my mind that my purchase wouldn't get lost or misdelivered.

As for the lens itself? I couldn't tell myself that it was used. It came in secure packaging, and when I actually held my new kit in hand; I can't help but emphasize how flawless it is. I mean this when I say if I unboxed a lens from Sony directly, I couldn't tell you which was used and which one wasn't.

KEH is going to have my business again no contest.

Might take a part in fedex and not KEH, but my camera took longer than the expected delivery date by 4 days. Overall my experience with keh has never been bad.

The website was not processing my payment for whatever reason, so I called to place my order. The associate was very kind and helpful (I feel horrible that I don't remember his name). I was ordering a gift for my son, so I didn't really know what I needed, but KEH hooked me up! Will definitely return to shop for more accessories, etc. Oh, and shipping was so quick! Overall a great experience.

Not too much to say apart from the title. Ordered a 500c body rated ex but there was fungus in the focusing glass. Luckily it was a late model 500c so I was able to purchase a clean glass from another vendor.

Couldn't have gotten it much faster if I had driven down to get it. Put the order in on Sat. I believe around mid day and had it in hand on sun. Am. I love KEH because of the proximity to my house, I can get down there if I need too, but the delivery was crazy fast. Grabbed a bargin lens and body for a beginner and it's in really great condition. I have been buying all my top end stuff from them for years. Highly recommend. They also have the best music when you go into the showroom. :)

I found everything I was looking for at really good prices (The BGN option is GREAT for people who want gear they will actually use) but the shipping to Canada was so expensive ($50 USD) I elected to ship my order to my brother in the states who'll bring me my package when he comes down for the Holidays.

I would shop a lot more from KEH if they offered a cheaper shipping option to Canada.

I bought an OMD EM1 body and MMF3 adapter, both listed in excellent plus condition. They arrived well packed and protected and looking nearly new. Both function flawlessly, and the body only has 2200 shutter activations. Another great experience KEH!

KEH delivered quickly. I bought a Canon EF 2x extender and it came quickly in great condition. I ended up returning it, which was a simple pain free process. This experience has really made me comfortable shopping with KEH going forward!
