Hi, I traded in old lenses and bought a newer used lens, timely, and reasonable. Happy with my trade ins and newer lens.

I was looking to sell my Sony a6400 that is less than a year old and has been kept in pristine condition with a full cage and protective camera skin. I received an online estimate being between $420-507 for the condition it was in. I spoke to 2 representatives specifically stating that there was an Alpha guard skin on the camera to protect the body and wanted to make sure that this would not negatively affect the price. After being promised TWICE to leave it on, I was given an offer of $284 because a skin was on the camera and it would take $150 to remove and clean the camera. This not only wasted my time, but also the has put me back with paid work. I will NEVER recommend this company just based off this experience.

We purchased the Sony A6000 for a Christmas gift. Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. Camera was packed with care and in perfect condition.

Shipping was fast and the product was perfect. I ordered a bargain camera because that was all I could afford - but I don't see anything "bargain" about the one I got - it is a wonderful camera in great shape! THANK YOU.

I ordered from Canada, and they didn't tell me there would be customs fees… I had to pay 40$CAD when I received the package at my door

I picked up an ugly 1dx and was pleasantly surprised. The camera was under $500, so I expected a very rough camera with hundreds of thousands of shots. Although it wasn't a concern since it was going to be a crash-cam. Everything changed when the camera I received only has 40k shots, which means it's barely broken in! I use a lot of 1dx bodies and am not bothered by the scratches. In fact, I think it has character! With that said, everything works perfectly, so I cannot relegate it to a crash-cam. It's still got too much life left! I definitely would buy it again.

KEH was very easy to work with. They made the process simple, easy to understand and they have great subject matter experts! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again - and again - for my future photography needs!

Got a used lens for 100$+ less than other online sellers. It came in less than a week, was packed well and looks pristine. I would definitely recommend KEH in the future.

Having purchased equipment from KEH previously I was reasonably confident that another purchase would work out just fine and that my expectations would be met. They were. The used Sony a1 arrived very quickly after I placed the order and it was exactly as described. I've been using the camera every day since it arrived and it is an amazing piece of equipment. It looks and performs like new, just as described. KEH's price was about what similar models were going for online with the added benefit of their 180 day warranty. I had dealt with KEH before and would do so again without hesitation.

I have bad experiences with with buying used things online. When I found Keh however it felt more specific with details and was great. My experience has been beyond words, I found a used camera for a very affordable price that worked for me. At first I was skeptical because I thought it felt too good to be true. A near new camera for that price I was excited and did the purchase. When I had recieved the product it was even better than what I could have dreamed. This in my opinion has the be the best and most reliable site I've used with an excellent variety of cameras prices and a very good and detailed overview of what you're buying. My experience was fantastic.

Camera was as described and super fast shipping. Used for playback for video conversions. Worked great.

I mistakenly put the wrong shipping address on my order and didn't catch the problem till the next day. The customer service rep went out of her way to stop the package from leaving the warehouse and found a work around for my mistake. Received the item as described, at no extra charge.

I have bought many things from KEH over the past 15 years. I've never been disappointed.

I got a sigma 17-50mm lens for my canon dslr, and this lens surpases the kit lens that came with my camera, lens is practically new, considering it is a used lens, great job keh.

I purchased a Tokina AT-X 10-17mm f/3.5-4.5 fisheye DX AF lens from you. I've updated my underwater camera system to a Canon R10 and Ikelite housing and will use this lens for wide angle close up pictures. I purchased the camera, housing, adapters and other components from Bluewater photo. But they didn't have this lens in stock and recommended I get it from you. I have not received the camera, housing and other components yet, but am looking forward to using them soon.

After our 8 month old puppy latched on to the camera strap of my Sony 6400 and pulled it off the table onto the tile floor breaking it; I immediately went to the KEH website looking for another used 6400, with a few more dollars I found a 6500 Excellent Plus + and ordered it. It appears brand new and works the same...Thank You KEH for your great service! Oh, the puppy is still alive!
