Easy shopping, fast shipping. Only small detail was lens was described and labeled as "auto focus" but it is not auto focus. Pictures on site did not show auto focus switch and I understood that this lens w/ my camera combination never had an auto focus option. Buyers Tip: Just know what your buying and understand your hardware or ask questions to clarify before you buy.
Why can't you have more description about your items, the rating is not enough for customers since you don't have pictures. I purchased a lens hood and it is heavily dented. I wish I could know it before I purchase it.

I was tasked with taking some pictures for my son's swim meet on very short notice, and had a limited selection of lenses at my disposal. I was able to buy a great zoom lens and have it shipped to my house in two days. The experience was so easy and I love the new lens.

I bought a bargain graded lens at what I felt was a very good price, and the signs of wear were cosmetic only and very minor. I'm also in love with the lens itself (a Sigma 50-500 F4-6.3 EX), but my experience with them on my handful of purchases make me far more comfortable buying used equipment in the few hundred dollar and up range than I would be most other places.
I'm going to have to stop buying from KEH after being a 20+ year customer as they only use FedEx for shipping. I'm fed up with FedEx and their horrible service
I placed an order for 50 MM F1.4 G. I received a 85 MM 1.8 G lens. I had to call/wait for them to send me the return paper work. After I returned it, it took them a while to send me the correct gear.
Therewere were multiple email exchanges with customer service and at one point they even asked me to pat 370 + dollars to send me the lens (looks like another lens was present on my cart). It was cleared up after a phone conversation.
Overall a very bad experience - i would have expected KEH to send me the correct product irrespective of the return of their faulty delivery. If a customer did not return the product since they already have the customer's credit card information they can easily charge back those customers who are not geniune.
Their delays spoiled my plans.
