I received an email saying that my camera should have been delivered and if it hadn't they provided a link to a chat, which took three tries and a full hour to get a response from, they tell me that my card was declined and even show a quote of an email that I NEVER RECEIVED saying that they couldn't process my payment. But if they couldn't process my payment weeks ago (and did not inform me that the order was cancelled) why the hell did they bother to check if the package they didn't send had been received? What a waste of time.

I ordered a Canon EF 24 mm f/2.8 IS lens to complete my system. Lens arrived quickly, was very well packed, is in perfect condition, and exceeds my expectations. It will be used on APS-C bodies to give me a 38 mm equivalent focal length.

Pentax 18-270mm lens is exactly as described in like new condition, with smooth operation. Packed very well with bubble wrap so strong I couldn't even pop it. Item was half the cost of a new lens, saving me lots of money. Nothing wrong with my original lens and camera body, just needed to add a wide angle to my collection.
First time I've made a purchase from KEH and I'm impressed. From my easy search for equipment thru purchase and tracking of the package to me, everything went well. Most important was the gear I purchased was "like new" as described. Works great. Moreover, one point I missed before was that KEH is an authorized Canon dealer. Don't know how and when that would apply but it tells me KEH passed muster with Canon to be a dealer which has to be a positive thing.
