It was a very easy experience trading in my equipment and getting a quote.

I bought a lens in "excellent" condition, and as far as I can tell, it looks brand-new (besides not being in a manufacturers' packaging).

I've had several purchases in the past few years, KEH has always sold great used items in conditions better than prescribed. My recent two purchases,one in late 2022, and my most recent 1/23, were actually in a lower condition than rated. I was still pleased with my purchases, maybe this is to sell more items, but my fear is this is the beginning of the downfall of KEH.
