I ordered a camera body marked as excellent plus condition and two lenses marked excellent condition. So far I have had no issues and everything is working as it should. For the price and quality I can't imagine buying new photo equipment from the manufacturer or their retailers.
I needed some 49mm UV filters. I looked locally, but the only option was to buy new. I guess 2nd hand filters are a pain to stock (which I understand). Of course KEH has tons of them and when they declare them to be in Excellent condition they ARE!
My one suggestion would be to improve the packaging by substituting the fiberglas reinforced tape with plain paper tape (much easier to recycle) and to dump the bubble wrap for recycled Kraft paper. Also, I think these filters could have been much more inexpensively shipped via USPS instead of FedEX.

The item arrived quickly and is in perfect working order, as advertised. Truly looked brand new, with only one small area showing minor wear.
