I was worried about ordering used bargain priced lens. The listing only said "engraved". But I took the chance and got a great lens in. The engraving was a serial number, must have been catalogued or something. Anyway, good shipping speed and arrived in good packaging and even a KEH Lens bag. V happy with my purchase.

My experience was very positive. My items came in perfect condition. They even arrived two days early.
The whole process is very easy from selecting the product, understanding the condition and ordering to delivery. Finding the product in KEH's vast array of products can sometimes be tricky as the search engine can produce unexpected and confusing results. However once you have located the product it is very easy to complete the purchasing process.
The product is well packaged in bubble wrap and usually arrives sooner than promised. It is interesting that KEH do not provide the original manufacturer's packaging if available. I like to have the original box if possible which I use as storage for equipment I am not using or have in storage. It is also helps me keep inventory. Overall KEH is an excellent source for used equipment and is highly recommended.
I'm thrilled with my Zeiss Milvius 85mm f/1.4 lens from KEH. Can't distinguish from new except the $800 savings in cost.
