I have used KEH for my photography needs for the past few years. Always thought highly of it. Recently I purchased a camera and it arrived partially unusable. However, so far KEH has made the return process smooth and convenient. So, thank you! I look forward to continuing to use them in the future.
I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first when placing my order. When I received my lense…WOW! Packed with extreme care and LOTS of protection. It was even better than I expected, and I DEFINITELY will be going straight back to KEH for my next order!

I spent a half hour on a zoom call with a nice guy who looked at all my gear and saw most of it was all in good shape and then sent me a list with a total price of around 1500.00. He said it all looked good and that was it. I shipped the gear to them and it took them about a week to come back with a different offer of only 800. After having shipped the gear it was not worth getting it back so I took their low offer which had no explanation as to why the reduction. If I had know they were going to cut me in half I would never had sent the gear. I feel used and abused and like I was totally ripped off especially since no explanation.

Everything met my expectations except for the tilt head which was missing the screw lock per the picture and original manufacturer, instead a screw and washer was provided...
