Finding and ordering my products was easy, but the shipping experience wasn't satisfactory. I ordered one lens and 3 filters. The filters were only packaged in individual plastic bags which were laid next to the body of the lens and wrapped tightly with the lens in bubble wrap. The filter next to the lens arrived shattered, and the filter ring was bent. I was refunded the full amount of the damaged filter, however, it should have been packaged properly. My communication with suggestions for improving packaging has not been acknowledged. Simple corrugated cardboard sleeves and proper placement would protect both the filter and KEH's loss of the cost of the filter, and profit.
Delivery was fast and product was packaged well. Haven't been able to use camera yet.
Purchasing this product from KEH has been among the best online purchasing experience ever. Simply amazing. Accurate description of product, less expensive than all other dealers, and fast shipping, not much that could be improved upon. Well done KEH! I will now be a regular customer.
I love using KEH for my photography needs. I was out doing a shoot, and my tripod fell into the water with my favorite camera ad lense. Needless to say, I was heart broken. Well, I went on the KEH site to look at new gear ad was very pleased with what I found. Before i ordered, I called the support line and was very pleased with their tech support.
I upgraded camera body from a DSLR to a Z model. Since I do portraits and weddings I went with the Z5. I'm LOVING IT! Though it is used, everything work like it's new. And the little bag that it came in just made my day. I guess it will be my KEH camera bag souvenir.

My experience ordering was smooth. When i received my stuff the battery did not fit my camera. I was trying to exchange the battery for the one that fit. The specialist stated to take a picture of the camera i got and the battery and that was the last I heard of anyone. I would like to return battery and get my money back.
I was looking for a wide angle lens to record videos in my small garage. 18mm was pretty good but this 14mm lens is even better! Great quality without the fish bowl look!
