I ordered a used camera and it shipped super fast! It arrived 2 days before the expected delivery date, and came in super secure packaging! But I was less than happy with the express international freight company (fedex/TNT) who completely mucked me around in terms of where my parcel was located when they were not able to deliver to my home address. I spent an hour and 20 minutes running around town to collect. They blamed the truck drivers scanner (whatever happened to the old fashioned manual process if scanners don't work or find scanners that do work) and we are rolling out a new system (all I can say is test test test your system before rollout and don't inconvenience your customers).
I recommend Keh find a new international freight company one that has the end user at the centre and not an afterthought. Otherwise you'll have very unhappy customers when otherwise it was a positive experience shopping with Keh.

The camera arrived quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition. I've used the camera on several occasions, and everything appears to be working correctly.
I'd been on the fence about this upgrade for a while but after hearing/reading/researching for weeks I felt confident with KEH to provide quality. The condition was accurately described, shipping was almost a week faster than expected and I have already recommended KEH to several others.
OK, except that this purchase was a gift, shipped directly to the recipient. An invoice was placed in the box with the gift, including price. I really, really didn't want the price known - I'm in a better financial situation than the recipient, and don't want them to match value with a future gift to me.
