Not really there fault but my oversight.
Considering a "3" rating to be a neutral score, not a bad one. I received my shipment quickly and it was well packaged. However, I ordered two lenses and one of the products I received was not what I ordered. The customer support team was helpful and provided a shipping label to return the item at no cost to me. Unfortunately, they did not have the lens I actually wanted in stock so I wasn't able to get a replacement. Although they are refunding me, they're not able to do so until they receive my return shipment and at that point, it takes another 3-7 business days to get my money back. I had lined up a couple of shoots because I was excited to use my new lens, so I ended up placing an order at another company to get the lens I really wanted without rescheduling my shoots. But I'm bummed I had to shell out the cost of both lenses while I deal with the return at KEH.
