Easy to order, great product (used camera lens in excellent condition). However, the total cost was not transparent. It was not made apparent that the cost was in USD (I had assumed CAD). Plus all the costs associated with shipping, customs (extra charge at the border) and taxes. Overall, the cost for the lens would have been the roughly the same had I bought a brand new one here in Canada.
I have bought a few things from this site and there is no gimmick just guarantees
I ordered 2 lenses from KEH, both pre-owned but I chose the highest possible grade lenses thinking they would be in great condition & working order. The 70-200 lens that arrived was not in working order. The autofocus did not work at all. I even paid for expedited shipping to get these lenses here on time for a wedding I was filming. When I contacted customer service they said I could send it in for repair but it will take 2-4 weeks. I shouldn't have to send in a lens I just received & wait up to a month just to have it in working order.
KEH is the absolute best with prompt delivery. I will be utilizing their services in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been looking for a new camera and lens. I reviewed several different sites and even ordered one from another site. After ordering it the other company said there was a mistake and it was no longer available. Very disappointed, I was hesitant to order online. I found KEH to be fantastic! The items I received were like new. The prices were incredible and the shipping was fast. I am so happy with my purchase and will highly recommend this site to anyone!

So much better then expected that I will definitely be ordering again. Experience from start to finish was great. Products delivered were actually better then described and packed bomb proof. Honestly the custom KEH soft lens bag for the like new 10-14mm canon lens was a nice touch. Added to my case for sure. Already added some items to my cart for my R10.

I purchased 3 lenses, 2 like new and one with excellent plus rating. One of my like new lenses came with a crack on outside of lens like it hap been dropped to the point the lens cap won't stay on. Keh sent me a return label and set up exchange promptly. Everything was packed great with bubble wrap so it wasn't damaged during shipping. They must have sent the wrong grade of lens than what was purchased. With return time and exchange processing it has put me back at least another 3 weeks for getting the lens I purchased which is really a bummer.
I've gotten two items from keh now and the customer service/ shipping and products are simply amazing!
