I ordered 35mm film in preparation for a trip and it arrived quickly and in great condition. It is obvious Keh cares about their customers. I appreciate this company.

I've not yet taken the opportunity to speak with anyone at KEH, but the two lenses I bought came promptly and very well packaged and were better than I had hoped. They looked and functioned literally as good as new. Using and perusing their website and blog also gives me confidence the people do know their business.

My last few purchase have been from the bargain grade, either picking up gear I've never used before as a test drive or specifically so I won't have to worry about it bumping around all summer. The quality is always transparent, the shopping easy, and still shipped with care.

I was hesitant to purchase a used camera body and lens but once I opened the box when the camera arrived, although I purchased "Excellent" graded items, they looked virtually brand new.
