KEH has excellent value in pre-owned photographic equipment. I particularly am pleased that they carry a large assortment of Pentax gear.
Hands down, KEH is the best place for buying and selling used equipment. The ratings are spot on and the service is the best. All of the phone reps are very supportive and helpful.

The last time I purchased an item from Keh was probably a year ago. I do check regularly for other cameras. It would be nice if you showed actual images of your inventory.

KEH is my go to source. Once I found and tried them, it was vendor lock for me. As a professional commercial photographer, 35+ years, I've seen most of the camera vendors, some good, some scammers. So when I need equipment now, I research the item, and then jump on the KEH website and hopefully find what I need, place the order, and have it in a few days. I have bought and sold and am fully satisfied. (Shhhh! Here's a little secret, between us, the equipment I've purchased was in better condition than indicated. I know they can't say it was perfect, but I can. Fact!) So when a pro or friend asks me about camera equipment, I give them the KEH website, and they are good to go. True story, had a camera on a tripod at an event, that was knocked over. Camera OK, $1200 current retail, lens destroyed. Replaced it from KEH for $187. Yes, you read that correctly. The quality and delivery has always been good and I will buy from KEH again
KEH has gone downhill over the past several months. I've purchased several good quality legacy lenses for reasonable prices in the past. But for the past several months, the legacy lens selection has been dominated by bargain and ugly lenses. When good legacy glass becomes available, they're priced almost as high as premium new lenses. Why would I buy a 30-year-old Minolta lens for my Sony cameras when I can get a new Carl Zeiss for a hundred dollars more in some cases? I understand the dynamics of supply and demand on price. KEH's lack of supply has driven the prices too high. I've turned my focus to ebay, Craigslist, and estate sales now instead of KEH.
I have bought many items from KEH, starting around the early 1990s. Most of them were as described, but a couple weren't but there was never any trouble returning the item for a refund.
Any repairs were handled fairly and professionally.
I really appreciate the warranty, so you at least have some feeling of security about buying a used item.
As time goes on, it seems it is harder to find what I am looking for, but I suppose that is just part of the transition to digital.
I have been very satisfied with several different purchases over several years.
KEH is amazingly great! I do a lot of 35mm film photography and I always, up to and including always, find exactly what I'm looking for. I don't know how you do that but please keep doing it!
Keh is a great way to get excellent condition, top optical quality, older lenses for a fraction of what new lenses cost. If you can live without the latest and greatest you can save a lot of money - or if you're like me buy a lot more gear within your budget.
I have bought used lenses and some accessories over the last two years. KEH is the first site that I shop and if they have the item I am looking for, l look no further. The quality of the items I've purchased have always exceeded their rating.
