I purchased a used Nikon DSLR which upon arrival did not work. A conversation with the KEH Rep convinced both of us the camera had a problem. I returned it hassle free and received the same model camera in exchange. The replacement I received was unquestionably of considerably greater value than the one I had purchased.
The entire transaction was all a buyer could hope for. Of course I will buy from KEH again.

Love most of it...not a fan of the new website...still many more steps to find what I want, but the comment I wanted to leave is that while I have bought from you, I've never been happy with the price offered by you for equipment, and so it has been sold elsewhere.

Over time, I have purchased a Nikon d810,2 Zeiss lens, an old-school flash and other accessories. I have called customer services several times to tweak ordering directions, ask if certain items worked with my system and to clarify on-sale prices. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.
KEH is wonderful. Thier prices are right and thier customer service reps will not steer you wrong. If you are not aware of how something works or you are not sure of what you really need, they will help you.

While KEH is very professional in dealing with me over the phone they did misrepresent an item I sent in for sale. They changed their initial quote after a few weeks past and when I sent the camera in for their inspection and I questioned the lower price offered the rep noted that there were mare marks around the strap lugs. I was eager to sell the camera so I didn't question his claim but after thinking about it I regret that I didn't point out to him that I never put the strap on the camera in the entire years that I owned it from new and I take very good care of my equipment. I would have noticed such marks. I feel this was just a boiler plate response given to any customer who challenges their offers.
