I purchased a used lens (the 10-100 mm) for my Nikon V1 and it arrived quickly, well packaged, and in as-described condition, which was basically brand new.

I've been shopping with KEH since the retail store was open in downtown Atlanta. Your retail store caused me to buy things I wouldn't have otherwise because I could "scratch and sniff" and had a low tolerance when it came to camera "stuff".
