KEH used to be well respected, especially the grading system. Now, not so much. Getting sloppy like NY shops. And using FedEx is a pain, because of their signature ripples. Much prefer USPS.

Your NEW / pretty, looks great, but less functional web site makes it HARDER for me to find things I am looking for. The constant emails I get usually 90+% get deleted w/o reading.

I do not mind pretty eye candy, but with the reduced functionality (compared to the OLD site) I seldom bother looking things up at KEH these days.

Excellent customer service. Offered me more for my used lenses than anyone else. They even mailed my filters back because I forgot to remove them from the lenses I was selling. I would recommend buying from, or selling to, KEH.

I have purchased used camera equipment as well as sold my equipment to KEH. Prices were fair both ways and the items I bought were as represented or better. Additionally, when I needed help outside of online, the staff was available, knowledgeable, fast and courteous.

I am a big fan. Quality items, graded expertly, and for good prices. When I had questions I got answers quickly. I have also sold gear, and been pleased with that process as well. Selection is excellent, and shipping is very quick.

I do NOT like the new website AT ALL. The old site allowed me to see a list of cameras or lenses or whatever I needed and I could select waht I needed. The new website is too restricted to showing only one or teo items and then slams me back to the main page. Wish I could still get to the Old site... Please...

I have bought and sold items thru KEH. It's has always been a quick and easy process and I have always received items as described. I go to the KEH website first when I need anything photography related.
