Both used lens I bought were better than expected.

I bought a dslr body and two lenses from KEH. GREAT GREAT GREAT!

Lens was in excellent condition. Rated EX+ like new.

Products were as advertised, well packed, packaged arrived on time, I will definitely buy from Keh again!

My only complaint, is that you never seem to have sales on, the Sony alpha cameras and lenses, and Pentax medium format lenses. They are my equipment of choice.

Products and service have always been top notch - grading is super conservative, so products are almost always better than expected. It would be nice if they would offer the same free shipping on their website as they do on ebay, though.

I have purchased a number of camera bodies and lenses. All transactions and condition codes have been accurate. I consider KEH to be one of the premier photography equipment outlets that have a track record of honest and ethical transactions to my experience.

Everything I have got from KEH arrived in better condition than I expect and packaged very well. They do a really good job in all areas of buying "used" equipment...I would get everything I need from them if I could. I always check KEH first.

Very conservatively which is a good thing.

No problems with website. Have bought and sold several item with KEH over last several years. No problems here either. Generally find items bought I feel to be conservatively rated as Canon 5D recently purchased a few months back graded E had but 24,000 clicks when dropped off at Canon Service Center in NJ a few months back for a routine check up. Looked practically brand new to me. Will continue to be a customer!

Generally Keh is quite good.although I have received some clunker s under Bargain.Keh prices have risen quite a bit over the last few years.

Your rating on used equipment is right on and sometimes better than rated. Have always been pleased with equipment I received from you. Have also sold you some equipment and was well treated. I recommend you to many members at the Portland (ME) camera club.

I recommend KEH as the first source for all equipment purchases. The EX and EX+ rated equipment tends to be like new. And a LN rating will typically come in a box very much like new.
