I love everything about your products and service. What I would like see changed is the cost of shipping. If I buy a $1400 lens should I really have to pay for shipping?
Have always had excellent service and excellent products
KEH has always been a great place to do business with. I have purchased several 35mm lenses, a couple of 4x5 lenses, a 35mm canon body, and some other things I don't recall at this moment.
The equipment was always as good (and often better) than advertised, priced fairly, and always worked well. I recommend KEH to everyone who asks me where is a good place to by used photo equipment. I also tell them KEH priced for new equipment are also fair.

Ive ordered from KEH several times for used lenses.
All of the lenses ive gotten from them have been practically flawless
One time i ordered a used lens and decided after giving it a go that i wanted the faster model and it was quick and easy to send the lens back to KEH.
No questions, no hassles.

I had ordered a bargin Nikon Nikkor AF Micro 200mm f/4D ED IF during the labor day sale special. Unfortunately I received a Nikon Nikkor Micro 200mm F/4 ED IF AI/s. I however the awesome support people at KEH were able to correct the issue and refund me for the problems. It was an excellent customer experience and will only reinforce my future purchasing and recommending of KEH.
