I live in the Atlanta Metro Area and have been doing business with KEH for longer than I can remember. NOt only have I purchased cameras from them, I have had them repair and restore cameras damaged by extreme heat and other nasty events. If anything, their rating system is extremely conservative, I have purchased bargain lenses only to discover that they were optically perfect, mechanically smooth, but the paint was a bit blemished. They ship FedEx, which here in Atlanta is OK, but I've found that FedEx is an unreliable carrier for shipments to other locations. FedEx will not deliver to our condo in Alexandria Virginia, even when instructed to do so. Other than FedEx, I would rate KEH as close to being perfect customer friendly company as humanly possible.

My best friend from high school, Ed Lutz (also a customer) recommended you highly, as do I to others. I have started shooting film again after 20 years away; my last camera was an F4S and my F5 is truly superb. I need a good deal on an SB-28 and some lenses and you folks will be the first place I go shopping on, likely the only one. Recent experience with a non-functioning MC-20 remote shutter release you guys just sent me another one gratis without requiring me to return the first one.

What else can I say? You have a customer for life.

I have bought cameras and lenses at KEH both for my own personal use and for use in teaching photography courses. In my experience KEH has excellent prices and rates conservatively - with items being in better condition that others might rate their used equipment. Living outside NYC, I've bought more than enough used equipment from the big stores there and found some of them to be quite optimistic in their ratings.

I've never had any issues with any of the equipment i've gotten from KEH - over a dozen cameras (digital and film) and even more lenses. I've recommended KEH to innumerable other photographers (many of whom were already familiar with the company and of the same opinion).
