Great experience with the service from keh and how they handled everything

Item arrived before expected, well packed and in excellent condition. I have purchased several items from KEH and I have never been disappointed.

Love the lens - in beautiful condition with box and paperwork.

I'm very pleased with my whole experience with KEH. Order was shipped quickly, the lens was well packed and the condition was better than I expected. All of the accessories were OEM and included an extra lens case that I was not expecting.

The grading system is spot on. Got just what I expected.

I bought Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT Flash [GN197] which came completely broken. The customer service refused to accept it, suggesting to resell the part somewhere else. It was not fixable.
I would never buy from the website again.

When I received my package, it was crushed, torn open, and in very poor condition. Your wrapping of the enclosed camera was so complete, that the item I order was undamaged. The condition of the box was the result of FedEx, not KEH. However, this is the second time your carrier has been so careless with the item. Again, this is not the fault of KEH, but that of FedEx.

I brought multiple lens and they worked great. I ordered a ton of camera gear upgrading things and all of KEH products arrived much quicker than the other companies I bought from. And, I bought majority of the items before I ordered from KEH.

Some cosmetic defects in the rubber but otherwise good condition lens. No noticeable photo quality flaws, great buying experience, packed well with tons of bubble wrap.

Ordered the 85mm 1.8 for my Nikon and received it in better condition than expected. Great company to purchase from!

I had known of KEH for some time and never ordered anything from them. I was hoping to save money on a used lens, but wanting it to be in good condition. I was pleased to find a number of options in the exact lens I was seeking, and all were lower priced than I had expected. They had my lens shipped immediately and packaged beautifully. It looks as though it is brand new!
