Hello,

I've been a KEH customer for quite a while now. It all started with a Nikon F and a 50mm f1.4. I ordered here, just because it would have made me pay nearby double the price, if I would have ordered this Items in Germany.

As the Nikon arrived, I was really impressed with its good condition and what even BGN mean to KEH. Unfortunately the German customs made me pay a little extra but its still cheaper and more save that order in Germany.

Till then I ordered several lenses for my Nikon and a Mamiya M645.

One of the happiest days in my photographer live was, when KEH offered "Free international Shipping".
On witch I eminently ordered all the Stuff I ever wanted.

You shop is fine and the "shop my mount" function made finding stuff even easier, but I would like to see a further separation of Nikon F into ( Non-Ai, Ai-D, Ai, and so on).

And there has been this little issue, that doesn't allowed me to order via the shop, so I had to write several emails to order in the past.

A fine used camera department store. I have purchased a good number of cameras from you in the past. I live in Oklahoma and I look forward to your buying trips to Oklahoma City where I have sold you some of my cameras. The only problem I have incurred is trying to contact you, especially by e-mail. Sometimes you answer, sometimes you don't. Your telephone contact is also poor. You do not always have someone available to answer inquiries. When I have a question and you do not respond, I will go to e-bay to purchase a certain camera. In every other respect, I think you are a fine operation and I have never been dissatisfied with any purchase I have made with you. I hope this helps.

I had a Pentax 35mm camera with two good lenses. When I went to a digital camera I was told that these lenses- while could be used with a Pentax Digital camera- the performance would not be very good. I called KEH and talked with an informed person about the K50 camera and indeed found that these lenses could be used this camera and that the picture quality would not be an issue. We talked through the features and determined that it had everything I needed for being an amateur photographer. I bought a used K50 at a great price which was in terrific condition. I also took out a 2 year extended warranty. I have enjoyed the camera and would buy accessories in the future from KEH.
