Over the past many years of ordering and receiving goods ranging from camera bodies and lenses to digital camera batteries, I have found their rating system to be underrated. Even an item rated less than EX has actually been excellent. At times, the length of shipping has been annoying.

Overall, a favorite shopping source.

I find the information on individual lenses is entirely inadequate. I recommend providing photographs of the lenses you have for sale. While I understand this would be difficult to do with lower priced items/lenses, it is difficult to pull the trigger on a $500.00- or higher- used lens when there is so little specifics provided. At a bare minimum, individual lens serial numbers should be shown.

With the first camera I bought from KEH, I was a little apprehensive. I didn't know how good it would be. When I opened the box, all of my worries disappeared. The body looked brand new! I have since purchased several lenses for my medium format camera. Each lens has looked either brand new or close to brand new. I will continue to purchase photo equipment from them without hesitation!

I'm always satisfied with the service I receive from KEH. The few times there was an issue, the staff at KEH always resolved the issue is an expeditious and professional manner.

I have purchased photography equipment through KEH several times. Each order was filled quickly and accurately. Shipping was prompt and timely (even though we always want orders to arrive yesterday). Only once did I have to return an item, and that transaction was also hassle-free. KEH is a great place to find good pre-owned equipment at a good price.

I have bought from KEH on a number of occasions and I have never been disappointed with the quality of products and the service I received. I recommend KEH to all my Photography Buddies.

I always shop at KEH for the most part when I am looking for used equipment. Their descriptions are accurate and you get what you pay for. I have had only one issue in the distant past which they resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I will not hestitate to shop with them again.

I have purchased 35mm, medium and large format. Products have always been as described or better. If there was ever a problem with equipment (rarely), the problems were rectified promptly and courteously. I have purchased equipment (used) from many vendors for almost 50 years. I will now deal with no other than KEH. I mean it.

I dislike your 2 hour sales. Or any other short buying periods.
If you must use these sales, please notify us well in advance!
On your last "deal" I was sent an email when the two hours started.
I didn't receive the email until two hours after the sale period ended.
Do you expect us to check email every hour? I check my email once
Or twice a day!

Had excellent experience with your company in the past but you have now opened a retail presence in my state. This adds sales tax to the cost of dealing with you. No longer so price competitive. Much less likely to deal with you in the future.
