I've ordered from them twice. Both times the condition of the lenses were better than I expected them to be. However on the second lens purchase they forgot to send the lens hood. I called them immediately and they confirmed they would send me the part next business day. Great service. I will be buying from them again.

Ability to buy a used one for half the price of a repair was fast and easy!
Would like to know if signature is required, or if I could divert it to a local depot.
Could not divert it to a local fedex office until after one delivery attempt failed. No one was home during the day, and my dog wouldn't sign for it. Then FedEx called me and I was able to arrange a local pick up. Would have been nice to set that up prior to the failed delivery attempt.
I like your website and have generally been happy with the products I have purchased. There could be more clarity when it comes to rating the condition of old camera bodies in particular. The current rating system is a bit vague and tends to stress the apearance of an item more than functionality: specifically, it would be helpful if the condition of seals and mirror-dampers was described, or if you can't make time to address more condition details with each camera it might be a good idea to prominently offer more information on the typical issues that older cameras may exibit. If KEH offers CLA and seal-replacement you could even offer that as an option with each older camera body that you sell, so there is an oportunity to make more sales as well as to provide more information about the specific products.
