I was very pleased when I opened the wonderfully well-packaged box. The items (Olympus OM-2n and a 50mm f1.4 zuiko lens + OM manual) were absolutely beautiful and almost new-looking. Fast and good prices.
The rubber grip was coming off of the camera that was listed in EX condition. I had sold equipment to KEH in the past and they would not buy any thing from me that looked like that so I am puzzled as to why I received an item that would have that problem. I contacted customer service and they gave me my money back and paid the return shipping. Overall I am still pleased and will buy from them again, I had never had this kind problem with purchases from them before and they handled this very well.
I'd like to be able to divert the shipment to a local facility for pick=up for a signature

I really like how you are now showing an enlarged photograph of the item being purchased. It would be nice to include different views. If I see an item on eBay with photographs of the item and I read a description of your item with only one view, I will always purchase from eBay...I like to see photos of the item along with an accurate description. Fast shipping, matched description.
There are some sections on the for sale page that take too long to figure out and you make it worse by having that annoying popup window trying to get me to chat. If I wanted to chat I would ask. As a first-time KEH customer I was surprised how little contact or information was made to me after I placed the order. I never even got a tracking number so I could know when to expect the order. I was also surprised what little care KEH uses in securely packing delicate camera equipment.
Great price, quality product and quick shipping. I couldn't ask for more.
