KEH shipped the wrong item, which was worth only $99 for the $175 that I originally paid. I complained about it, and they said they would get back with me to offer a price adjustment. A few days passed, and I called them to find out what the deal was, and they offered to refund $76 to my PayPal account, and everything worked out. But I should not have had to call twice. Turned out my salesperson said he had been on vacation for a few days.
