Easy with no issues..
The camera (a Kiev 88) arrived and looked great, but after running a roll through it I found it had light leaks. That's why I gave 2 stars on "How satisfied were you with the products/services that you received?" BUT - KEH sent a RMA and shipping label and are repairing the item.
So I'd still rate my overall experience as great.

I have heard great things about KEH's conservative ratings, and I was pleased when my external flash arrived to see that it looked practically new with a few small smudges on the outside of the flash (ordered "Excellent" condition).
The order shipped quickly and arrived to me within a few days. I ordered on a Friday, and the package came on the following Tuesday.
Part of my order was missing (the flash's stand), and KEH's customer service was very helpful. I called and talked to someone named Don, who immediately offered to send the missing stand. I received the stand on the following Monday, less than a week later. (This time, shipping took a little longer, but still under a week.)
Overall, very happy with the product and KEH's customer service!
