I tried several times (with different cards) and the system didn't properly process my credit card. Had to use PayPal instead

The Kirk BH-3 ball head has thread lock on the panning base screw so you can't loosen or tighten the panning option. I'd like to exchange it if possible.

Great prices for the lenses and the quality is very good considering they are used lenses,they felt almost like new. Seems like the grading system is pretty through. Happy with my purhcase no issues for the few days I have used it.

The page where you enter billing information refreshed and lost information but I cancelled and started the check-out process again and it went well. I think I re-sized the browser window during the process to be able to view my CC info in another window. Any way- using Firefox version 42 on Windows, FWIW.
