The auto focus on the lens does not work and the order was not shipped to the address provided! The package was shipped to my billing address, which is our house that BURNED DOWN 2 months ago! Since the house was completely gutted by the fire (along with my previous camera & lenses) there is nobody living there currently. Fortunately, one of our neighbors saw the package sitting by the cyclone fence that now surrounds the boarded up house while they were walking and took it with them to their house, since I was not able to get back up to that area for several days. Now on to the more problematic issues of the non-working auto-focus issue...

I have used KEH for several years. The quality of there gear is always as stated, and the few times I had a problem (1 or 2) they have always been very prompt in response and the return/replacement of the gear. Their business practices are as good as can be expected, that is a big reason why I look to them first when searching for an older item or need a good price on a piece I can't afford to buy new.

Hello KEH,
My only observation is that the subject line in your email to me should list the item to which you refer. The subject line says "keh.com Delivery Confirmation - Response Requested" but there's no indication of the item.
As a result, I almost deleted the email; that is, until I recalled the item purchased.
