Paypal didnt work, disappointing

Hard to find out shipping info when initially ordering. However, shipping choices were offered again later in the process that let me know my order would be received before I needed it.

I have done business with KEH for a number of years. They are always polite, have good products (if not, they tell you up front) and great service. I highly recommend them.

So far so good. An owners manual (even for used equipment) would be nice.

Shopping on KEH is very easy. Product I purchased has been accurately described.

Shipping took much longer than usual, but I guess that's to be expected around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Otherwise, everything was as I expect from KEH, and why I have purchased perhaps 50 cameras here over the last two decades: Price. Service and Support. Selection. I'll be back.

I used to shop at KEH frequently but have not been there in several years. You have not changed, the quality is still exactly what you say it will be and it is easy to find what I'm looking for. It won't be as long in between orders from now on.

This was my second purchase from KEH, but the first from their website. The first was off of EBay and the description of the camera and shipping speed were great enough to draw me back. I love the selection of film gear and the prices at KEH are excellent.
