This was my second purchase from KEH, but the first from their website. The first was off of EBay and the description of the camera and shipping speed were great enough to draw me back. I love the selection of film gear and the prices at KEH are excellent.

Equipment was great, exactly as described. Would have liked better communication back to me regarding the extending length of time needed to ship due to the large amount of Black Friday sales.
Overall really like working with the KEH team. Due to the per Christmas event delivery was slower than advertised when I bought. Suggest KEH let folks know that a head of time since signature is required and folks need to arrange to be home to sign for the product at times.
Also noticed pricing was a little high when you consider Canon was selling brand new items for just $200 more in some cases. I know I purchased a few items from Canon vs KEH even though the price was slightly higher to get a warranty. Even you want consumers to buy used then the price delta between new and your price, even from "+" products need to be worth it. In my mind I am looking for 25% or more less than new.

I ordered on Black Friday, so orders were backed up and it took a while to ship my order.
I ordered a complex kit product (Nikon r1c1 macro flash kit). Yes, I received my "complete order", but it was not quite complete. The kit has many parts. The kit was sold was missing a piece which was not mentioned in the listing. I sent a note to customer service, but have not heard back after 5 days. I don't intend to return the kit over this, but it was disappointing to hear nothing back from KEH regarding my inquiry about the missing item.
Outstanding says it all!
