The item wasn't quite as expected and has some functional issues. A return has been initiated and everyone has been great to work with.

As usual, I found what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Terrific experience... my only complaint is that your "special offers" don't last long enough...

Hard to find out shipping info when initially ordering. However, shipping choices were offered again later in the process that let me know my order would be received before I needed it.

I have done business with KEH for a number of years. They are always polite, have good products (if not, they tell you up front) and great service. I highly recommend them.

So far so good. An owners manual (even for used equipment) would be nice.

Shipping took much longer than usual, but I guess that's to be expected around Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Otherwise, everything was as I expect from KEH, and why I have purchased perhaps 50 cameras here over the last two decades: Price. Service and Support. Selection. I'll be back.
