In general, the experience was a good one. I did need to follow up with sales as they did not confirm the order by email, and thus needed to obtain confirmation of both the order and the shipping information. I was informed this was due to the volume of orders they received that day.

I've always been able to find great used products at good prices!
I was extremely disappointed with my first (and likely only) experience with KEH for the following reasons:
1. It took over 3 days for the order to packaged for shipping. Ordered on Monday and didn't get shipped until Wednesday afternoon.
2. The camera was packaged so poorly in the box that it ended up getting damaged during shipping. The packing job was really horrible. Some bubble wrap hastily taped to the camera then tossed into an over sized box is NOT going to keep a complex mechanical device safe during shipping.
3. When I called to report the problem, the customer service rep apologized but didn't sound shocked or surprised with the damage during shipping. Also, very little was done to help make things right. "Do you want a refund or do you want us to fix it (4 wee min. Wait time)?" What would you pick? It would have been nice if they offered to extend the sale that was active when I bought the camera to another item on the site, that wasn't possible.
Anyway, it's highly unlikely that I'll take my changes purchasing from KEH again given that the $350 camera I ordered couldn't make it to me in once piece.
I bought a fragile used lens and it came quickly, very well packaged and in the same condition as described when I purchased it.
Very happy with KEH, I will definitely shop here again!

After looking around, KEH is the place that I keep coming back. The camera was in the condition I was expecting and prices were unbeatable. In my case, the delivery took longer than expected but overall great place, great cameras and awesome prices.
