The KEH website is sometimes hard to navigate. Links often go to the wrong place. Today's experience was OK, but I did not browse in the way that I usually do. I have sent emails to KEH about these problems but it seems that the webmasters I would correspond with either did not have a clue, did not have time, and or did not care.

KEH is a great place to buy photo equipment. The items are generally in better condition than their rating and service is really fast.

First time buying from KEH. I found the perfect DSLR for my 9 year old son, who has been dying for his own DSLR for over a year now. He's graduating from a 90's Pentax SLR. He's going to geek out Christmas morning.

The lens I received was Bargain grade.
It is cosmetically ok but the lens does not get infinity that means I can not use it to shoot.

Seemed to ship a day later then i thought so it was scheduled to arrive on a saturday and since I had it coming to my office address (which is closed on saturday) I had to wait until monday to get it. I was purchasing it for a shoot that tuesday. So receiving it on friday would've been helpful...
