I ordered a Leica Lens and carefully checked both the pictures and description of the lens listed. My first purchase was about a year ago and I had some issues with the tab breaking in a week, but thought I would give them another try. I paid the extra shipping for 2 day delivery, yet it took 4 days to deliver.
When I received the lens I knew immediately it was not the correct version lens as in description of the online catalog. After making sure that I wasn't confused I called and arranged a return. I found a lens in the catalog with the correct description and called after seeing it had fully been returned to see if they could help with a slight discount for their mistake. The sales person did nothing to assist not even apologize or seem concerned about the mistake. The price listed for a used lens was within $80 of a new one, but they were not willing to help at all. I will take my business elsewhere from here out.
