The process was simple and worked well. The lens condition is as advertised. I'm looking forward to using the Rokinon SP 14mm f/2.4 lens on the Milky Way this fall when I am in Utah.
Felt like the package wasn't as secured as it could have been. The lenses were padded in the box but were touching each other in the box. I also tried calling to replace 1 lens with another and nobody called me back or got back to me.

Just want everyone at KEH to know that you have all been wonderful every time I've purchased something from you. Just be aware that FedEx proved to be a complete nightmare when delivering my lens. Being a 600 mm zoom lens I knew it was a larger piece of equipment, and I wanted to be sure that it was delivered properly to my address. I received an email from them once it was shipped saying it would be at my address between 11 AM and 2 PM on the day of delivery. Since a signature was required I took the entire day off from work, and had a very important photography job lined up for the next day. I later received another email stating it would be delivered between 3 PM and 5 PM. I went out to do some errands and then surprisingly received yet another email stating they had tried to deliver the lens at 12:19 PM, two hours and 41 minutes prior to their estimated time of 3 to 5 PM. I called FedEx immediately and advised them to have the driver turn back so he could deliver the lens and I would sign for it. After seven phone calls spanning 2 PM through 9 PM, and after being promised it will be delivered to my house by 8 PM that same night, the lens never made an appearance. The next day I had to cancel a very important photography job which cost me not only money, but my reputation as a photographer. The lens was finally delivered to a FedEx drop off location where I had to pick it up myself. Again, KEH has been wonderful. FedEx is an absolutely awful delivery service.
